Q: I don't know what size I am in your garments. How can I find out this information?

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders take approximately 7 business days to be created, processed and shipped.

Q: I need my order sooner. What are my options?

We offer rush processing. With this option your order is created within 3 business days. There is an additional $50.00 fee for this option. You will be able to add this option at checkout stage.

Q: How will I know when my order ships?

 When your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking number. 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

You can email customerservice@qurvii.com within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel. Once orders have been processed, no changes can be made. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours.

Q: What is your return policy?

Returns are easy. Please read our return policy.

Q: I would like an item in a color I don't see listed. Is it possible to request this ?

Q: I have a custom dress idea, can QURVII create it for me?

No, we don't offer custom dressmaking.

Q: Where is your store located?

At this time we are online only. We also sell through resellers and you can find if we have a reseller close to you using the Store Locator tool on our website.

We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
